·Did you make any software or hardware changes on the computer prior to this issue?
In order to diagnose the issue, you may check in device manager if there is any error code for CD/DVD drive.
a. Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in the Start > RUN box and hit Enter.
b. In device manager, expand the CD/DVD drive listed in the device list.
c. Double click on it & check the information in device status.
